WHAT DOES A SESSION LOOK LIKE?

A number of hands off and hands on energy techniques are used to bring your body back into balance and energetic alignment. I work with your meridians, chakras, aura, and entire energy field to bring you into overall harmony with your mind, body, and spirit. During a session I release any blocks that are ready to be released. These blocks include, stress, stored emotions, stored and unprocessed trauma, etc. By removing these blocks, I’m helping your spirit to flow through you (without the blocks) which allows you to feel more in alignment, replenished energetically, and having more clarity about life and things you may be going through.

How to prepare

Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to discuss your treatment goals. Are you seeking relaxation or stress management, relief from a specific symptom, such as nausea or pain, or are you preparing for surgery or some other procedure? You will get the most out of your session if you can be specific about your healing needs.

What might i feel?

People have many different reactions to a session. Some patients feel nothing at all. Others describe sensations of moving energy, deep relaxation, feelings of being supported and nurtured, or visions of images and colors. Some patients experience an emotional release such as tears, or they may develop insight into specific areas of their lives.

During a session

During the treatment, the client is fully clothed while the practitioner assesses his/her energy field, then uses gentle touch on the body or in the energy field a few inches above the body to promote healing. Clients often feel a warm vibration and sometimes drift into sleep. After a session, clients often report a sense of calm and well being, increased clarity and vitality, and relief from pain.

When blocks are released, your spirit can flow through you more freely, allowing you to step more into a deeper alignment with self. You’re alignment with your spirit is what heals you and guides you through life. Your alignment allows you to step more onto your path and to feel more of your purpose. When we are not in alignment, we often times have trouble making decisions. It’s because mind, body, and spirit are not connected due to blocks that are stored in our field. These blocks prevent us from feeling our spirit and often times result in back and forth decision making

I have a wide variety of healing techniques that I use in each session. Some of the modalities that I am trained in are: Healing touch, Energy medicine, Reiki, shamanic, Access Bars, Angelic Healing, Crystal healing and Chios. My intention before each session is that whatever healing occurs is for your best and highest good. I work with pure source energy and I am anchored in love frequencies throughout the session. I work with high frequency beings like Angels during the session.

PRICING / Energy Healing Services

In-person Reiki Healing Session - $130

During this session I will work on your chakras and do some aura clearing.

In-Person Energy Healing Session + Soul Guidance (1 hour - 1.5) - $200 (most popular)

Each session includes vibrational healing and soul guidance (this could also be perceived as a sort of therapy session). We will have a conversation about what you have been currently facing in your reality etc. I assist you and guide you in working through any emotional blocks or resistance you may have been facing.  

During the talking / “therapy” part of our session, I will start off by calling in our guides and angels to support us. I will work with the super consciousness within me which can also activate it within you. We may do a quick grounding and clearing meditation. During this part of the session I may use different techniques and tools like EFT Tapping, inner child work, shadow work techniques, etc. Depending on what is most needed in the session, I may leave you knowing some tools to be able to continue doing the inner work at home.

Once we are done with our initial assessment, I will then do energy work on you and continue to move and release any blocks that way. Bringing in more clarity, joy for life, and vibrance.

(Note: Sometimes sessions can run over an hour and a half)

Distance Reiki Healing Session - (45 minutes - 1 hour session) - $125

During this session we will connect by phone (or Zoom). We will briefly discuss your intentions for the session and what you would like to work on. During the energy healing part of the session, you can lay down on a bed or couch with the option of wearing your headphones to connect in with the phone call or zoom call. This session will be no different than an in-person session as far as the energy healing you will receive. The only difference is that you will be in your own physical space.

Distance Energy Healing Session + Soul Guidance - (1 - 2 hour session ) - $175 —- (most popular choice for clients)

(please see the description above for the in-person energy healing + Soul Guidance session, because it will be exactly the same except that it will be distance)

This session includes a distance energy healing session and about an hour of talking.

The beginning part of this session could also be perceived as a sort of therapy session. We will have a conversation about what you have been currently facing in your reality etc. I assist you and guide you in working through any emotional blocks or resistance you may have been facing.

Once we are done with our initial assessment, I will then do energy work on you and continue to move and release any blocks that way. Bringing in more clarity, joy for life, and vibrance.

Note: The reason why the distance energy healing session is $25 cheaper is because the extra $25 goes into the space I am renting.
